These Terms of Sale govern all product purchases from Bamrest online store. By completing checkout, you fully accept all clauses below, together with our Shipping, Return & Privacy Policy.

Submitting an order is your purchase offer. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders for out-of-stock items, price errors, suspected fraud or invalid buyer information. A binding sales contract takes effect only after we send order confirmation email.

All displayed prices exclude shipping fees, sales tax and international customs duties. Prices may be adjusted without advance notice. Full payment must be completed via authorized payment methods before shipment. All cross-border import taxes and customs charges shall be borne solely by buyers.

We process orders within stated processing time. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or force majeure are not our liability. Once goods are dispatched, loss, damage and transportation risks transfer to customers immediately. Please inspect goods within 48 hours upon receipt and contact us for defective/missing items.

Only unused, unopened goods with original packaging are eligible for return within the specified return window. All return requests must be sent to service@bamrest.shop to obtain return authorization. Return shipping cost is at buyer’s expense unless defects are caused by Bamrest. Refunds will be issued to original payment channel after goods inspection. Customized products are non-refundable.

All texts, pictures, logos and designs on Bamrest store are exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized copy, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. You authorize us to use your product reviews and uploaded photos for store marketing.

Bamrest will not compensate indirect loss, profit loss or incidental damages from product use, logistics delay or website malfunction. Our maximum compensation limit equals the total amount you paid for the corresponding order.

We can revise these sales terms at any time. Continued shopping after updates means you agree to the revised terms.
